Processing

JRS will create and ship your prints within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Shipping times are estimated below.

Shipping

JRS Prints come wrapped individually in clear sleeves, and packed flat together in a sturdy cardboard box mailer. The largest prints (13x19 and larger) come rolled together in a sturdy tube.

They are shipped by USPS First Class, Priority, or First Class International Mail depending on their size and destination. Usually Domestic US shipping takes 2-5 business days and International shipping takes 2-4 weeks. Shipping times are estimates and JRS does not guarantee them.

International Customers are responsible for any customs fees and taxes, and JRS is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

Like the thousands of our customers worldwide, we want you to be very happy with your order! If you have any concerns, please contact us at service@jamesriverstudios.com.

You may return your prints for a refund within 30 days of receiving them. Please contact us at service@jamesriverstudios.com for instructions and the return address. If your prints are returned in their original condition and packaging with a copy of your receipt, we will issue you a full refund less shipping. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping them back to us.
